We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations & Projects Manager to lead and enhance our logistics operations.

 Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and global partners to ensure seamless operations
• Manage budgets, resources, KPIs, and overall operational performance
• Implement logistics process improvements to drive efficiency and cost optimization
• Oversee transportation, customs clearance, shipment tracking, and vendor performance
• Ensure compliance with company strategy, customer requirements, and regulatory procedures
• Prepare operational reports and contribute to country-level operational strategy

 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field, with 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in logistics operations and project management
• Strong understanding of supply chain, warehousing, transportation, and inventory management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and strong problem-solving abilities
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
