Bridge Africa is hiring Administrative Coordinator (100 000 Fcfa)

 

We’re seeking a tech-savvy Admin Coordinator to bolster our U.S.-focused consulting and bidding operations. This full-time 40-hour/week night-shift role matches U.S. time zones, mandates Saturday shifts with Wednesday off. Position is office-based in Cameroon.

Key Responsibilities:
• Log employee time and presence
• Handle and reply to emails in English
• Scan RFP and tender platforms
• Maintain databases, logs, and dashboards
• Assist with entry-level HR and office duties
• Master and apply company software and workflows

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree mandatory (Business, Admin, Management or similar preferred)
• Native-level spoken/written English (essential, On-Site-Yaoundé-Omnisports|Night Shift)
• Excellent planning and scheduling abilities
• Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel
• Tech-literate and fast adapter to new tools
• Precise, dependable, and instruction-compliant

Schedule:
• 40 hours weekly
• Night shift (U.S. working hours)
• Saturday mandatory
• Wednesday off

Compensation:
Entry 100,000–150,000 FCFA monthly, experience-dependent
