We are seeking a Head of Sales & Customer Service to lead and oversee our nationwide commercial and customer service operations. The ideal candidate will bring together strategic thinking, operational excellence, and exceptional people leadership to deliver sustainable business growth.

 Key Responsibilities

As Head of Sales & Customer Service, you will be responsible for:

  • Defining and executing the country-level Sales & Customer Service strategy
  • Driving revenue growth, market share expansion, and achievement of KPIs
  • Developing and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
  • Managing customer experience and ensuring rapid resolution of escalations
  • Coordinating cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and Global partners
  • Overseeing performance management, budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements
  • Coaching, motivating, and developing Sales and Customer Service teams

 Essential Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (MBA is an advantage)
  • 3–5 years of professional experience, including senior leadership roles
  • Proven experience in Sales or Customer-facing leadership positions
  • A strong background in freight forwarding (Air & Ocean)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive KPIs, and manage key accounts
  • Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is required (bilingual is a plus)
  • A profile that is analytical, strategic, proactive, and highly organized
